"Intuitive and Easy to Use"
What do you like best about Yooz? Yooz is very intuitive. The program is easy to use and I like that it is very easy to communicate with my coworkers through Yooz if I have questions regarding the invoice I'm working on.

What do you like best about Yooz? Very easy to send an invoice and approve. I also like the fact that you can easily keep track of whether an invoice has been approved, and follow up if necessary.

"Yooz can be a useful tool but training could make the user more efficient."
What do you like best about Yooz? Having the role of administrator, I like that I can fix or change where purchase orders can go to if the requisitioner makes a mistake. It is pretty simple to look up invoices and purchase orders from past history.

"Yooz was effective but it is not robust enough for larger companies."
What do you like best about Yooz? The process of loading invoices into Yooz, and setting up the account coding worked well. The loading of purchase orders also worked well. However, the integration of the data with NetSuite had some challenges.
