Scammers
Had £400 in my account and my account got blcoked. Fair enough it got blocked I have no problem with that but I’ve a problem with not giving back money to people. Starting to feel like a scam
They blocked my account after trying to make one purchase online. Literally no reason for the Block and they try and make it as hard as possible to retrieve your money.

FRAUDULENT BANK BE CAREFUL
Guys DO NOT bank with this fraudulent bank. I have been chasing all my money and savings for the last month and my account was blocked for no reason without an explanation or notice and until this day they don’t tell you why. Something is seriously wrong and they continue to lie and hide under the shadows while people are unable to pay for bills, take care of family for are unwell or even feed family. Don't bother
Don't bother. Had a successful couple of months with Yolt, and then my account was blocked and terminated with no explanation and an awful conversation on the phone with customer services. Disappointed!

DO NOT USE THE YOLT CARD
Started out as a great idea, but sadly they’ve tried to run before they can walk. The initial offering was excellent - a fantastic tool for budget management. I found so many ways to use the app and it really was a game changer in terms of personal finances.However they seem to have moved onto phase two far too quickly - launching their own debit card and banking service - which is at the moment very half-baked. Another account blocked for no reason. AVOID THIS BANK
Opened up an account less than 4 weeks ago has the account blocked for no reason after 2 days no reason what so ever.
