Scammers, don’t trust them, they will close your account for no reason, they have kept my money for over 3 weeks and seem to reply whenever they feel like it, customer service don’t care, avoid at all costs, they are keeping my money for no reason tried contacting them as I said they reply when they feel like it. Yolt was good to start with , easy app to use , quick and easy to transfer to and from accounts . Unfortunately they have blocked my account as soon as I transferred my universal credit from my other bank account as I had misplaced my card for my other bank account and wanted to pay bills using my yolt card . In my own opinion I would not recommend to any of my family members or friends and would tell them to steer clear

Absolute shambles, avoid this app!
Absolute shambles of a company!Got this app to help me and then they blocked me after a few days, I work full time and have PROOF where my money comes from but they treat you like you’re a criminal!I’ve contacted the financial ombudsman and will be going to my solicitor soon if they don’t release my money soon. I woke up this morning at work trying to make payment to my car insurance company, as soon as I made payment yolt profile blocked for no reason. I only use yolt for savings and my account block with money money and without car insurance to do school runs. I read your reviews and I’m gutted I need my balance as soon as possible and incompetence is too much no number to call yolt on

Yolt blocked my account for no reason…
Yolt blocked my account for no reason and after ‘investigating it’ they have decided to close my account for no apparent reason.
