Stay Clear From This App

Awful app, should've trusted the reviews and stayed clear of this app. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. They randomly blocked my account and they said it will take 7 days for them to review. My money for my studies is in there also my money for my new car that I am buying at the end of this month is in there. They give the same generic replies to every single complaint they get. Not impressed

Not impressed! The soul purpose of the app was to aggregate transactions and to see what I spend on what category and how much. But for some odd reason, every transaction is listed twice, giving a false impression of spending more! Is this intentional?Besides all of this, continues spam of notification, just give a break! With all that, feels like it lacks features for handling budgeting

Cowboy operation! Total thieves

Cowboy operation! My account with all my savings in has just been blocked for absolutely no reason and no warning. I wish I’d read these reviews before! Customer service aren’t helpful and it really looks like they’re a bunch of thieves. I’ll be going to the financial ombudsman if I don’t get my money back by next week. Disgusting way to do business shame on you YOLT.

Not accessible via a Tablet - confirmed by Yolt

For no apparent reason you can register all your details via Tablet but when it comes to verifying your email address as the final step, it won't allow that via a Tablet - it's missing. When you query this, they don't explain why and just leave you in limbo, but in the meantime they (Yolt) have swiped all your personal details from you, which you used when you thought you were registering. Avoid at all costs!

Yolt keep saying how they explain why they have the right to block your account but nothing is explained. I was told I’d be updated after 7 day but nothing has been done I’m just being ran around in circles

i opened an account with them in March…

i opened an account with them in March thinking it will help me save money, only saw the reviews on the apple start and it looked like a good app to download - End of March my account is closed due to "fraud activity" and whenever i call/email i just get lies saying they're "investigating" but can't give me answers? keep giving me the FCA rules etc, stop feeding lies and give me my money back.Looks like I'm not the only one either..

Absolutely disgusting financial…

Absolutely disgusting financial company. Never open an account with them. Your money is never safe with them. They would block your account with no notice, and the next thing they would frustrate you, give you stress and make sure you give up chasing them for your money. What they would keep saying, your money is safe, but you won't get your money back. Stay away from them.

This one of the worst bank I have seen after putting money in my account trying to make an online payment the transaction failed I contacted them to know what was wrong the took all my details and my the app have been turned off and there’s no way to get hold of my money and there not responding to me please keep away this is a big scamming bank

why have my emails still not been…

why have my emails still not been answered? it has been over 48hrs and yet no response you clearly cant prove to me the policy stating 45 days to return my money, I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED IMMEDIATELY I HAVE GOT LEGAL ADVICE AND I HAVE SENT ALL EMAILS FROMN ME AND YOLT WITH THE VOICE RECORDINGS OF ALL CALLS TO THE TABLOIDS I WILL PERSUE THIS UNTIL MY MONEY IS RETURNED, YOU WANT TO AVOID PEOPLES EMAILS?
