the reason iv put 4 stars was because YOLT temporarily blocked my account on a friday

the reason iv put 4 stars was because i got paid from work and a mate sent me 2 hundred pounds and i don’t know if it’s normal but they temporarily blocked my account should be fine but it a Friday witch makes it’s more frustrating other than that it’s a very good bank.

Yolt is a useful tool to track multiple accounts, however it's a bit simplistic when it comes to reviews of income and outgoings. For example, I have multiple income streams (i.e. more than one job) so income varies month to month, unlike a normal employed person whose income is relatively static, but Yolt's review of my income and outgoings this morning stated my outgoings exceeded my income, which is exactly opposite of the real situation! Accounts been blocked for over 7 days…

Accounts been blocked for over 7 days with my funds inside. I was told I’d get an update within 7 days but it’s been over 7 days. No cooperation from them at all. When I call up I get the same answer saying someone will get in touch. They’re a thieve of a bank out to get your money. Definitely would not recommend

A great budgeting aide, which is working really well with our family accounting. We use Yolt for our food shopping, (budgeting and payment). Excellent app and product!

Fantastic tool for taking control over your finances

Yolt has helped me a lot to understand my spending and to take control over my finances. It is simple to use and easy to track expenses. I feel much more confident as I have my finances organised and will keep using Yolt and to recommend it further!

Enjoyed using the app until it forced me to get a Yolt card. No option not to get one. Deleted my account.

I’ve had a Yolt account for several months, it was purely just where I sent my budget for the month. One day 6 days ago my account is blocked, I couldn’t find the contact number for them so I had to email them. Met with a reply that they’re undergoing investigations and couldn’t tell me why. 6 days later after several email exchanges I mention the fact I want to close my account after reading reviews and low and behold they reply saying they’re closing my account because I’M not suitable. ...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Please stay clear from using these thieves, Yolt are a money stealing company who will take your hard earned money that you think you feel safe leaving with yolt, So basically they will just block or close your account down (with money in account) without any reason or heads up this is happening, this is even if you have money in your Yolt account or Money Jar account, They (Yolt) have the worst customer services with little help & care and no knowledge or training (very appalling ) that’s ...
