Wouldn’t bother

Wouldn’t bother, they customer service is shocking and when questioned as to why they don’t accept a UK provisional driving license which is a legal ID they just answer we require a full driving license or passport. No where at all in the app or website does it state this, taken me 3 months and 12 tries to register until asking for help which was just dam right rude and did not answer my question.

As the previous comment, which was one hour ago this happened to me too! Absolutely the same situation. I’m so worried because just made two transfers to my Yolt account and then was immediately blocked with my money. Hope that will be resolved ASAP. I was really happy when I found that app, but seeing so many people having same issues and myself going through it right now. Therefore, I would suggest that something should be done. Summary: Your money, and they will just block access to it at a whim, and you'll be left scratching your head!Terrible organisation - stay away. These amateurs froze my account after I transferred money into it! I was so stressed. I went to the cash machine, it wouldn't let me take my money out - UNBELIEVABLE. Everything is fine but after my account being blocked for no valid reason or proof i came to see all of yolt reviews. I did really like the idea of yolt to manage my spending and i felt more organised but unfortunately after reading all these reviews i am very disappointed. Yolt say “law is the law” i would really love yolt to fight a case where all earnings coming in regularly with proof of invoices can be said to be suspicious or even fraudulent.Of course that is hard earned money that ...

My account had been blocked fir almost…

My account had been blocked fir almost 3 months. I’ve called day in and day out to hear the same answers. No one has been able to provide me with a date when I’m supposed to receive my funds. They’ve have taken over a thousand pounds from me and tell me they’re unable to explain why my account was blocked or frozen. Worst customer services they can’t even help they have to speak to a relevant team who choose to respond when they want.

I only opened my Yolt account recently but it’s been a revelation! Having an overview of all my accounts with categorisation of spending has given me great insight into my incomings and outgoings. The ability to separate out earnings into various ‘pots’ is really helping me manage my money better. I’ve already recommended Yolt to a few of my friends
