Incredibly poor service with risk of losing money

My account has been blocked for 3 days without any reason other than an automated response about 'taking security very seriously', this is frustrating as I transferred £440 to attempt to pay my rent however, My account and funds have been blocked meaning I had to shill out another £440 which I barely had, would not reccomend this service as they can block your account and access to funds for no reason and poor service in return, much easier to make a spreadsheet and manage your finances ...

Great

Great app to view all my accounts in one place. Took some time to set and customise the app to my preferences but once that was done, I didn’t have to worry about checking all my bank apps etc. Comes with a debit card which can be a good substitute for my travel card

Support is lacking

Support query submitted exactly one week ago. No reply from yolt or any acknowledgement. Not even an automated one. Rude!update (23/08/2021)- Even after providing you additional info about my review, how come you say it 'looks like' I've submitted a feature request? BTW, there was no in-app confirmation that my suggestion was noted. Also, clicking on 'I need some help' brings up a dialogue asking if I want to 'share with Gmail' and two options 'just once' and 'always'. I select 'just once' ...

Great overall but would like to see some totals to add individual budgets up and link this to your monthly spend

I didn’t really know what to expect from this app, it took me a few days to get used to it, get all of the categories set up but now it’s brilliant. All bank accounts at view in a snap shot, a really easy way to review all of your banking and make savings. They also have links to offers such as phone bills and utilities and you can put in your contract expiry date too so it can predict future payments! 100% recommend - persevere through the first few days and it’s great.

Overall love the app. Easy to use. I'd like it to give me daily updates on my balance that Snoop does but not sure if yolt offers this? I'm also waiting foir the payments cards to be available for Android

Looking for answers.

After transferring £350, which took multiple tries which should have been a clue to me, my account got blocked and I did not receive anything to say it was being blocked. I am still waiting for a reply to my email and I want my money back. I am not very well off and need it to pay bills. I put it into yolt to keep safe till bills are due to come out. I thought yolt was good. I just want my money back which I’m happy to prove is in there and is mine.

Terrible Customer Service, Would not recommend at ALL.

When i first signed up for a yolt account i felt it was what i wanted. just a card for me to be able to use whenever i needed. This couldn’t have been further from the truth. As soon as i put over 200 pounds into the account they blocked my account. it has taken me two and a half weeks of poor communication, explanation, and problem solving, all on their end, while i have been trying almost every day to contact them for them to tell me that:1.
