Account locked with money in no explanation!

Joined a week and half ago recieved card on Friday, went to activate card Saturday- ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKEDAfter already transferring in £161 from an account in my name Called up and was told a different department is investigating ? With no explanation or timescale Email support just says call, I’ve called every day I NEED MY ACCOUNT CLOSING AND MY FUNDS RETURNING OR THIS WILK BE TAKEN FURTHER, ITS ESSENTIALLY THEFT RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS***do not use this app***

Use to like this app

Use to like this app, but today I can’t even get to view my account as there forcing me to take out a debit card. You can’t get past the screen !!! Pressure selling be warned !!!

Wtaf! Is this even a bank!!

Wtaf!! I had my account for not even 48 hours, still awaiting my card, now I’ve woke up this morning and found my account locked!!! No answer from them either. My money is locked in the account... when will I be reimbursed?!?!?!? (This requires immediate attention!!)

Faults rectified

Having left a poor review for Yolt , that I have now deleted.I have to commend Yolt support for assisting in rectifying the issues that saw my Yolt account failing to update since the end of November.At the moment it's working again so it is only fair that I give Yolt some credit for their efforts.

The change has killed their app.

Please don’t use this app. I was using it before the update and felt fine. Then yesterday they wanted my picture, photo ID and lots of other details. Stupidly I entered. Today for the first time EVER I got a scam text from what claimed to be TSB Bank. Might be a total coincidence but I swear I don’t trust this app anymore.

The app is very good, service response and identification not so much.

I love the app and recommend lots of friends to get it.App would not let me scan my face, took me about an hour to even get it to work on iPhone. After I finally managed to get a scan, I added my U.K. driving licence and my account has been suspended without even requesting an alternate form of identity. Absolutely ridiculous, the ID clearly matched the details. KYC (know your customer) is usually a very straightforward process, but an incredibly buggy app and poor instructions/service make ...

Used to like Yolt but now useless

Used to like Yolt as I was able to divide my accounts by what they are for (e.g. see how much I have in savings accounts). It seems to have changed so I can only divide by "transactions" which is impossible to keep track of. The app does not offer any value to me whatsoever. It was also a complete nightmare to recover my account after I got a new phone (asking me to use details that were accessible from the app on my old phone - which was broken). Scammy sales tactics

I've been using Yolt for a couple of years daily to manage my finances, but their latest update forces me to apply for a savings account, or else I won't be able to use the app anymore. You're effectively blocked from doing anything until you give up and apply for a card you don't need.
