Great tool for managing your finances

Great tool for managing your finances. The card, which also works with Apple Pay, is really helpful in keeping spending money separate from accounts that you might have for bills. I like the little saving tool that puts your spare change aside for a rainy day.

App now useless unless you sign up to their card...

I use this app to keep track of my finances easily but cannot now access it due to the latest update that requires signing up to a pre paid card. I do not need a pre paid card and any suggestion by Yolt that this will help me save money is both patronising and unfounded. Will be deleting the app but worried what will now happen with my personal data as cannot access my account in the app anymore.

Pushing a card I don’t need

There’s been notices about changes so I explored. Having gone through the new features I accepted, unaware that this now requires me to sign up for a pre-paid card which at this time I don’t need.This wasn’t clear and I feel a bit tricked by them... trust is important and they just lost mine

Once great, now a gimmick.

This was a great app. I am now being forced to get the Yolt card to continue to use it. I will now be contacting Yolt to ensure they remove all information for me.

The app now won’t work if I refuse to…

The app now won’t work if I refuse to choose the yolt card! For days it tells me something went wrong if I choose the virtual card so I can’t see any of my account details. Very poor marketing stunt.

Can only log back in if I get a Yolt card - shame!

As with others here, I have been using Yolt app for a while now and was overall ok with it. A good summary of all of my accounts hence it was useful. Today I decided to upgrade the app and it allows me to log in only if I get the Yold cash card. Such a cheap marketing stunt. It doesn’t allow me to go back to my account and delete all the cards and bank info I have connected to Yolt. Only thing I can do is delete the app. Very disappointed

Can't identify myself

The updated identification process just doesn't work - keeps failing again and again. I had to go through the same process with Revolut and Monzo, it was so quick and easy, not sure what Yolt are using but it's not working.

Forced to get yolt card, poor marketing strategy

I tried to sign up spending a good amount of time doing it and it verified all my details as correct after which it forced me to get a free Yolt card before I could do anything in the app. I deleted the app because I don’t want a Yolt card even if it’s free. I don’t want another plastic card I don’t need. They should respect that and allow people to use the app without any strings attached.
