A very good try for a real opensource crm

What do you like best? Its UI is one of the best I have seen. It needs some more optimization but it is very good. It has most of the things you want from a crm and everything is connected. For example A ticket is associated with a service contract and an account. You create mails, tasks for this ticket and so on. Very good Integration with Caldav and CardDav. The Best I have Seen In Terms of User Experience...But A word of Caution

What do you like best? The user experience is by far the best I have seen. All panels are logical in organization and the color scheme is easy on people with older eyes or color impairment in their vision as opposed to the absolutely horrid theme on Suite CRM. What do you like best? I like that YetiForce CRM gives you all the necessary features of a paid CRM for FREE! What do you dislike? The user interface is complicated, and the type is hard to read on the screen, especially in the set up area.
