What do you like best about Yesware? Being able to see if a client has received and or opened and read an email I have sent them. What do you dislike about Yesware?

What do you like best about Yesware? Knowing when emails are opened and by whom is crucial information. If I send an important email and see it opened, I know it got attention. If it is not opened, I can call to fix that. Older emails that are getting fresh attention are also brought up, so I can know what is going on or not going on.
