What do you like best about Ybug? Having tried all the competitors out there, Ybug has checked all the prices for us: - Unbeatable pricing - Great third-party integrations - A responsive team The last checkbox is huge for us. "Good experience in web development"
What do you like best about Ybug? A quick opportunity to get fixes via the web interface from our clients, all fixes get into our task system and bugs with the statuses. Rich e-mail and Zapier integration capabilities. What do you dislike about Ybug? I would like more flexible user interface customization. What problems is Ybug solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting fixes from customers when developing websites.

"Easy to use, and a fantastic addition for getting the right information to the right people"
What do you like best about Ybug? Simple setup, quick and easy to submit a report to slack and trello, and ability to annotate markup. What do you dislike about Ybug? "Nice product, and the two way to install it is awesome !"
What do you like best about Ybug? It was extremely easy and fast to install for our internal needs via the browser extension. As the only thing needed is an account and the extension, I don't think it is possible to have a faster installation process. We are a small team at the moment of this review, lots to do without enough time. When I saw the extension and how it works, I jumped on it and send the info to other team members. "Very good solution for visitor feedback"
What do you like best about Ybug? Even the free version has all the necessary tools, has essential functionality (like several available languages), and looks nice. What do you dislike about Ybug? Hard to find anything missing. A nice feature tho would be to change the language of the feedback window independent of the browser setting. "Easy to install, easy to use, valuable for feedback"
What do you like best about Ybug? Very discrete and integrates with clickup. Easy install on my electron app. Dashboard is simple and clear. What do you dislike about Ybug? It could have an option to catch errors on console and automatically open a bug form. Some snapshots I made did not catch images and instead error placeholders (don't know if it is by design due to privacy). What problems is Ybug solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Ybug? Easy of use, capture screenshots, integrations What do you dislike about Ybug? Pricing, it's not affordable for lean startups, especially if you just want to use it internally for 1-3 people-sized teams. What problems is Ybug solving and how is that benefiting you?
