"Poorly designed system that is a nightmare for tenants -- RUN!"
What do you like best about Yardi RENTCafe? There really is not much to like as a tenant. It's difficult to use, relies on the property manager to enter information (in my case, lease was redone in the system 3 times due to errors). Payment algorithm does not allow for cut/paste so potential errors with bank drafts.
