Great tool for sharing information and improving communication within our company

PROS: XWiki is easy to use tool and it has great interface. We can easily manage, organize and use the documentations. We are able to connect each internal and external person. It allows us to use dedicated areas so we can discuss about specific topics. We can easily encourage our employees to interact better with each other. CONS: In my opinion, it would be great if they could improve the visual aspect of the product and the rights management tool as well.

Customizable, flexible and easy to use tool

PROS: XWiki is not simple product, it has extensible development platform so you can easily build online collaborative tools. The good thing is you don’t have to be developer in order to use this platform. I love that this product is open source and it provides lot of options for free. I can easily customize it so it can meet my needs.
