What do you like best about Xref? XRef makes it easy to request and receive references back quickly. Their interface is intuitive and straightforward. The reports generated are beneficial to our hiring managers to see if the reference was positive or not quickly. The AI is highly accurate. What do you like best about Xref? I love the fact that X-Ref is able to flag potential fraud and that the interface is user-friendly! I also appreciate that it automatically sends updates! "Takes out all of the hassle of referencing"
What do you like best about Xref? That you only have to enter the candidate's email address and name and the referencing process is basically complete on the employer's side. What do you dislike about Xref? Can't think of anything! The software removes manual chasing, and also adds a layer of protection for false referencing. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? It takes out the hassle of chasing referees.

"Easy, fast & efficient way to get references"
What do you like best about Xref? What I like best is that the xref is coming from the candidate. I find that references are more willing to answer & answer quickly if it's been sent by someone they know. What do you dislike about Xref? The only downside to using xref is that sometimes they do not go through to facility emails, which I know is a faciity issue but it makes the process longer. What do you like best about Xref? I love how fast Xref provides references! What do you dislike about Xref? I dislike the number of email updates I receive and would like to only get 2. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? I am now able to provide references for hiring managers much more quickly which allows us to make hiring decisions faster as well.
