"Easy to use and effective!"
What do you like best about Xref? It's incredibly simple to use - shipping to candidates is easy, and easy for them to input their references' info! What do you dislike about Xref? Honestly, I haven't encountered anything that doesn't work well. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? We ship so many references to candidates that having an easy one-stop-shop makes life simple.

What do you like best about Xref? The ease of use. Can send everything in one click and there is no time wasted continually asking candidates to submit references manually. Less chance for error! What do you dislike about Xref? I don't like the amount of automatic notifications a candidate receives. I'd prefer to trigger notifications if they haven't submitted. What do you like best about Xref? It's fast, easy to use and takes a lot of admin out of my role. What do you dislike about Xref? "IP address tracking great. Rating for responses innacurate."
What do you like best about Xref? I find the IP address tracking to be the best feature. What do you dislike about Xref? I find the rating of responses to be innacurate. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? By having the IP address tracking, it is lowering the amount of false answers.

"Simple & Reliable"
What do you like best about Xref? The best feature of X-REF is that the system detects fraudulent references. What do you dislike about Xref? Some of the buttons don't sometimes work; for example, the replace reference button is often missing. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? They are saving time and avoiding callbacks when referees are not available to do a reference check.

What do you like best about Xref? How quickly results are returned compared to manually reaching out to references. What do you dislike about Xref? Nothing, all features seem to work excellent. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? We are having no problems. With XRef we are able to on-board employees faster than before and are able to extend offers in a timely manner.

What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? I feel like sometimes the website goes down & that is not helpful but otherwise a great product.

"Smooth experience, but room for improvement"
What do you like best about Xref? Easy to submit reference requests, great customer service and helpful alerts. What do you dislike about Xref? Once reference checks are completed it is quite time-consuming to download them, with no ability to bulk download a number of references at the same time. Verification codes take a long time to send. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? Facilitating the collection and management of reference checks within the organisation.

What do you like best about Xref? Not having to call people! This streamlined platform saves me hour in calls. What do you dislike about Xref? Cert IT issues we have experienced, like not downloading PDFS. Also not being able to reset the minimum referees after its been submitted. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? Time-saving, getting refs from the right people.
