What do you like best about Xref? xRef has helped me save so much time in the post-offer stage. I like the notifications received when a reference check is completed, it keeps me up to date with everything I need to know for a particular candidate. What do you dislike about Xref? What do you like best about Xref? Xref is such a simple tool to use. References come back very quickly. Hiring managers and candidates both like to process and the flexibility. What do you like best about Xref? Takes seconds to trigger and all you have to do is wait for the completed reports. What do you dislike about Xref? Nothing is missing from xref that I can think of right now What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? Time poor TA partners and less phone tags with referees. Not to mention the ability to detect suspicious activity!

I like that you get updates on how candidates are progressing to your email so you aren't having to actively check up on candidates, especially when sending so many in a day. It also alerts to potential fraudulent references completed. You can alter templates to ensure you are asking the questions you want to know. The tone of what the referee is saying is lost & it is also very impersonal What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you?
