What do you like best about Xref? Its a convenient program that helps easy my workload. The responses are in depth and really helpful What do you dislike about Xref? Not that much if I am honest. I have really not had any negatives to say about it What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping me collect references while I work on other things. What do you like best about Xref? It's straight forward and super easy to use. What do you dislike about Xref? That you can't easily create your own questionnaire and not having the option for the Xref to be emailed to us as a PDF. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? It automates the referencing process which can take a lot of time.

"Outsourcing reference checks has been a game changer, I have more time in my day."
What do you like best about Xref? What I find most helpful is the speed which candidates can be logged into the Xref system, the time it saves me from having to chase up or conduct these myself, the realtime comments provided by referees and the controls put in place to monitor the validity of the referee. "I really like you can customize your questions!"
What do you like best about Xref? I like that you can customize your questions on Xref. Our organization has a detailed background check process, so it is nice to be able to customize the questions to fit our needs. What do you dislike about Xref? The downside is I would like to be able to send two different templates for one candidate. We do verifications and references for each candidate here. I believe they need to improve the way in which the gaps are asked. In our case, we need to know why our applicants have gaps in their employment. "Very good Reference Tool"
What do you like best about Xref? I like that it is an easy to use tool and provides the good feedback. What do you dislike about Xref? That the emails get sent to candidates and often go into their junk mail, meaning we have to follow up with the candidates and referees about going in and completing it. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? Not having to do manual over the phone references which take a lot of our time up.

What do you like best about Xref? Ease and convenient to use. Saves a lot of time. What do you dislike about Xref? Nothing. Everything just works very well for me. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? It saves me a lot of time when I use XRef instead of me sending people the references checks separately.

What do you like best about Xref? It is so convenient and easy to use. It is like set and forget and it does all the work for you. What do you dislike about Xref? Nothing really. I like Xref and all features What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? Conducts ref checks and CV check for me. Saves so much time if I do this myself or on different platforms.
