"Game Changer"
What do you like best about Xref? Xref is a huge timesaver and takes away the tedious task of chasing references which can be hugely time consuming. What do you dislike about Xref? Cant think of any to be honest. Great all round product that does what it is designed for really well. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? It can be difficult to set up a new template for roles that are more complex or technical that require further probing. What do you like best about Xref? It is great as the references can complete the check at anytime, rather than chasing them with phone calls. What do you dislike about Xref? Nothing- absolutely love the system, so handy Recommendations to others considering Xref: Would reccomend! What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Xref? Our account manager and support team are always very supportive and responsive. What do you dislike about Xref? We integrated Xref with Greenhouse however, we had to remove it as it wasn't recording the source of hire correctly in Greenhouse. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? Efficiently conducting accurate reference checks for new hires.
