What do you like best about Xref? Xref is integrated with our recruitment system, making it a simple two-click process to request references. We are notified when references are complete and they can be accessed directly via Xref or from within our ATS. I am very impressed with the algorithm that identifes any activity that might require further investigation, such as the candidate and referee logging in from the same IP address as just one example. What do you like best about Xref? -I love that Xref is very easy/simple to use. Once set up with templates etc, you can send a referee request in only a few short clicks! -Xref sends reminders to both the candidate and referees so that you as the recruiter don't have to spend time chasing them up! -Xref will alert you if there are any issues with a reference. -The customer service team is great! What do you like best about Xref? It's straightforward to use, which saves me a lot of time. What do you dislike about Xref? Some people can see it as not personalised enough as it is all automatic, this doesn't really bother me though. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? Time- this is by far so much quicker than calling every single referee to complete a phone based reference.
