What do you like best about Xref? I like that Xref is integrated with our recruitment system and notifies our team when there is suspicious activity. What do you dislike about Xref? What do you like best about Xref? Have used the product across various businesses and never been let down, its a time saver for me, it gets better references by giving the referee the ability to manage their own time, and it provides security. What do you dislike about Xref? It would be great to add better flexibility to make changes to ask specific questions around concerns we picked up at an interview, which may not otherwise be in the template.
