"X-Ref makes reference checking online easy and is extremely reliable."

What do you like best about Xref? Very customisable and easy to use. We had a potential fraudulent check and was notified within minutes of submission - amazing support team when required. "Simple and easy to use!"

What do you like best about Xref? I love the simplicity of the Xref functionality, not only for the requestor but for the applicants and referees. I love that you can view the activity on each request in real time to see who has accessed the request, where it's at in the process, how many follow-ups etc. It's fantastic to have the ability to add multiple templates so you can easily tailor requests depending on the job and what you require. What do you like best about Xref? We have Xref integrated within our HRIS system (Success Factors) so it is really efficient to initiate a reference check with the click of a button. I have found it helpful that it is completed online as it saves me time during the recruitment process. I also think it is a better experience for candidate and for referees as they really can answer the questions in their own time and not have to worry about scheduling time to have a phone call with me. I find the reference checks that Xref does quite reliable and helped us dodge some bullets on some hiring. What do you dislike about Xref? What i love most about X-Ref is how quick the turn-around time is for a reference check to be completed, compared to back in the day when we had to complete them over the phone and take around 30mins for each reference to be completed.
