What do you like best about Xref? The ability to allow people to put into their own words their experience with the candidate. What do you dislike about Xref? If unanswered, the candidate disappears, without being notified. Also people being 'unobtainable' making me not use Xref and doing it manually. What do you like best about Xref? It's easy to view - not complicated. And very easy to fill in to send off. What do you dislike about Xref? Candidates have mentioned the reminder emails come too frequently. Recommendations to others considering Xref: Advise candidates they will receive reminders frequently. What do you like best about Xref? The efficiency of getting reference checks done online, by gaining the candidate's consent and they input their referees details. Also, the online tool is able to pick up fraudulent reference checks which is not able to be done over the phone. What do you dislike about Xref? There is nothing I do not like about Xref! What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? There are no current problems that we are solving with Xref.

What do you like best about Xref? Xref is a very easy to use tool and is very user friendly for all who use it. It only takes a minute to send off the reference check request. I like how it shows the sentiment percentages and can also identify if there are issues with a referee. It is also great how you can select different templates for different types of roles.
