What do you like best about Xref? The platform is so user-friendly for both administrators and candidates. The ref check itself saves our team so much time and a lot of the references are completed outside of standard business hours which means we get the reference back within a 24 hour period. What do you like best about Xref? The integration to our applicant tracking system. I move someone to the XREF stage, and the forms are automatically sent out. It is a low lift. "It is ridiculously easy to use and user friendly"

What do you like best about Xref? The fact that I send the link to a candidate and they are responsible for filling everything in and confirming that their references respond in a timely manner. It saves me so much time. It also creates a situation where since I am not actually interviewing the manager personally, I don't even need to be part of the same industry. "Great Insight into Candidates"

What do you like best about Xref? The abilty to give a brief insight into candidates. What do you dislike about Xref? Group requests can take some time to put together. What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you? Providing brief insights into candidates with the abitlity to read deeper. Spots AI, and IP issues.

What do you like best about Xref? Easy to use. great support. Bulk references if you are dealing with volume. Great way to check the progress of it. What do you dislike about Xref? I think the replacement of referees is a bit confunsing and we are often having to send additional links because we can replace the reference on the first go. What do you like best about Xref? I like how easy it is to use--just need to enter candidate details and hit 'Submit.' I also like that the system automatically send notifications to the candidates and to me if they haven't initiated the check. What do you dislike about Xref? I wish it had a reporting function where I can sort the references by their answers. For example, one of the questions asked is if the reference is open to exploring new career opportunities. What do you like best about Xref? Dont have to play phone tag with the references and waste either one of our valuable time What do you dislike about Xref? It doesnt adapt to phones or tablets. Easily uploads the completed references into the clients profile and eliminates a lot of time trying to chase down references

What do you like best about Xref? Super easy to use with or integration with Expr3ss. I frequently use Xref each day in my work as a recruiter, usually putting through over 15 candidates through XRef with two referees. Implementation, along with the number of features creates a smooth process. The reports are very easy to use/read for our hiring managers.
