Excellent tool
What do you like best? Xplenty provides a simple, intuitive interface for ETL operations. They have provided a number of feature upgrades since we have started using their tool, and their support is phenomenal. What do you dislike? Larger packages run slow and as a result can be tough to edit. I understand that xplenty is currently upgrading the UI to address this issue. Recommendations to others considering the product: Ask questions. They have a great team and are eager to ...

Xplenty makes the ETL process user friendly
What do you like best? Before xplenty I had almost no experience with the ETL process or data in general for the most part. Luckily their support team was fantastic and they were willing to walk me step by step through the convoluted mess that is data management. Seriously they are available around the clock and always respond withing 5-10min. What do you dislike? I wish you could create folders for your packages so that related packages would be easy to find. I also would like ...

Xplenty Review
What do you like best? The features of being able to test and roll out an API integration within a few hours or a few minutes is great. Support is also awesome What do you dislike? Wish there was a way to more easily sort and filter jobs. More permissions controls would be great to (e.g. someone who can create jobs but can't schedule) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? API Integrations

Xplenty is a great service for moving data from different services into Redshift
What do you like best? Having the ability to manipulate the data as needed without being overly complex when we don't need to. Support is great. Always responsive and willing to help. What do you dislike? We could probably use more built in integrations with additional marketing sources. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were trying to move data from many different data sources into Redshift. Xplenty has helped us do that quickly ...

Excellent tool if you are looking for a powerful yet simple to use way to move your data.
What do you like best? By far, their support is incredible. They are incredibly responsive and helpful and the people doing the support know their stuff. Next, I would say that they have found a nice blend of capabilities and simplicity. We have been able to get non-engineers productive in the tool very quickly. What do you dislike? I know that they are working on this but the new UI is much better but doesn't seem to be fully completed. We are still forced to jump between the old and ...

Xplenty has amazing customer support, and continues to proactively help us use the product as well as possible. What do you dislike? UI update could be nice, and the ability to schedule within a collection would be amazing. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Good Product backed by great service
What do you like best? What we love best about Xplenty is the near real time support we get from the team. Xplenty's point of difference is the customer support we receive. The product itself is good. Easy to use at a high level. The people at Xplenty are the difference - which is unusual for Cloud proposition. A nice change from dealing with a faceless machine. What do you dislike? If I had one complaint it would be lack of the ability to interrogate datatypes in the processing flow ...

Amazing Customer Service
What do you like best? I think the product is good but the best part is the customer service experience because every time you face a difficulty the team is there to support (very responsive and very helpful). What do you dislike? The package preparation / design is not easy to use. For me, the template packages are a great feature but there should be videos explaining how to configure these packages. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

A Complete ETL Tool without the headache
What do you like best? XPlenty manages to be simple to setup and use while still putting an extensive array of functionalities and transformations at your disposal to establish a customized dataflow. What do you dislike? The amount of details fed back to the user via the UI on the jobs that ran (completed or failed) could be more extensive, but the live support - when a problem occurs - more than make up for this and more details are always available via the API. Recommendations to ...
