What do you like best about xMatters? Structured action plan and people to contact in case of emergencies along with it's ability to prioritize issues based on severity What do you dislike about xMatters? User Interface needs to attention and should be improved for ease of use What problems is xMatters solving and how is that benefiting you? Prioritizing issues as and when they happen, and then connecting the right people to address it

What do you like best about xMatters? Best notification and escalation application What do you dislike about xMatters? Getting calls from multiple Number which creates confusion when answering the call. Better to have a fixed number to receive calls What problems is xMatters solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about xMatters? I like the flexibility of your mobile app specifically during our on-call rotations as a way to respond to incidents from anywhere What do you dislike about xMatters? So far, nothing negative. Maybe the ringtone sounds. What problems is xMatters solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping to fully integrate our multitude of systems for IT staff alerting.

What do you like best about xMatters? We use this tool for coordinating with multiple team during the Major incident and other activity. this is best tool for this purpose. "When paging matters!"

What do you like best about xMatters? The feature to add multiple devices. 24/7 always on is a plus as we need to be alerted for anything and everything that needs urgent matters to be attended to as soon as possible. Having different groups, and the ability to page different groups as well as individuals is a nice touch and comes in very handy when you really only need to contact someone specifically.
