What do you like best about XM Fax? The assistance I receive from your technical team What do you dislike about XM Fax? I haven't experienced any major issue at the moment. "Good concept, great support, updates and other things keep bringing it down...."

What do you like best about XM Fax? The ability for the system to distribute the faxes to the appropriate departments folders on the company network drive. Saves time on distribution. Also the ability for the product to send faxes from any document. What do you dislike about XM Fax? They encouraged me to purchase Fax Credits in bulk so we would not run out and I paid $1200. Then after 12 months they expired and 50% of them had not been used.
