What do you like best about XM Fax? Decent product design, easy to configure and use, clear documentation, and very good support. What do you dislike about XM Fax? Not easy to find out special configuration details such as certificate generation and signing process, LDAP with StartTLS. Some of these have been documented in KB but in general document. What do you like best about XM Fax? Local site admin GUI is very useful. Also the web GUI has the most of the admin functions. So remote desktop to the actual windows interface is not required. What do you dislike about XM Fax? No search functions within the GUI. Therefore you have to sort the numbers and pick different pages to find the number you're looking for. What problems is XM Fax solving and how is that benefiting you? Consolidate analog fax services.
