Xmedius is extremely flexible in how it can deliver Fax Messages, it's also nice to have the Service Provider Edition and split up departments to customize their faxing needs, while maintaining a level of security between Departments in compliance with HIPAA, etc. Scalability is also key, with some great fail-over capabilities. Inbound faxes can be configured to be routed to many different locations. With many other possibilities. What do you like best about XM Fax? The simplicity to utilize the fax process. What do you dislike about XM Fax? That I waited too long to begin using it. No other dislikes to-date. What problems is XM Fax solving and how is that benefiting you? I handle employee leave of absences and everything is time sensitive, both sendinng and receiving feedback. The benefit that stands out the most is that I don't get the error of the manual fax machine, "FAILED TRANSMISSION".
