Xero, good accounting, Xero support

Xero is a pretty good accounting suite, the automatic bank feeds for reconciliation is the key reason we moved to Xero, however now days other accounting options have caught up. Their lack of support is the real issue, if you ever need help it can take days to get an email response and there is no number to call at all.

What do you like best? Xero is a super user friendly platform that allows me to invoice all our customers with ease What do you dislike? The api for xero can sometimes be difficult but it’s mostly ok What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Xero streamlines the invoicing process of our business

Terrible company who are too superior …

Terrible company who are too superior to talk to mere mortals who just pay them for the service. They hide behind emails on a public site but refuse to have a telephone number for fear of having to talk to us subordinates.Don't even bother to look or reply to reviews. Perhaps they don't want to speak to their customers cos they either don't care or can't answer questions. Neither of which is acceptable.

Great product

What do you like best? Easy to use. Can access it anywhere and Xero links with most bank making bank reconciliation fast and easy. What do you dislike? As an online software company, it is usual to have bugs when a new version is released. However, when Xero has bugs it changes things that can cause issues in your accounting system i.e. changing a customers invoice to GST INCL instead of EXCL etc. If you make changes to a repeating invoice, journal etc the notes give a time and a ...

We have used Xero for years and think it is great

What do you like best? It is very easy to use, and handles most small to medium enterprise accounting requirements What do you dislike? It would be great if it handled SAAS software subscriptions, and had more HR functions covered in the payroll solution What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We do all our accounting and payroll via Xero, and it is really intuiitive and easy to use

Xero means Zero Support!

Xero means Zero Support!Xero offers no telephone or live chat support. Email support is usually resonded to the next day. With nothing more than a link to the standard "how to" documentation and quickly followed by a case closed email. There business model seems to push all support onto a "partner" accountant so it is essentially double charging you.You pay to use the Xero platform. Simplified accounting with an easy to use interface

What do you like best? I like how simple it is to process transactions directly from your bank accounts, with transactions imported on a daily basis. I also like how easy it is to integrate with Stripe and other apps, such as Zapier. What do you dislike? Most support is handled through external advisors, rather than from the Xero team themselves.
