"Great Commission Software"

What do you like best? I like that it automizes the commission process What do you dislike? Haven't had a chance to really use it to find a dislike What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We currently dump reports from salesforce into excel and calculate all commissions manually.

What do you like best? The ability to automate complex calculations and payment types is by far my favorite feature. Even the most complex plans can be be broken down into a series programmable steps. Additionally, the support/implementation specialists are are knowledgeable and easily accessible when their assistance is needed. What do you dislike? The amount of time it takes to process and load (importing, recalculating, making credit/payment adjustments). There needs to be a better way ...

"Great incentive/commissioning tool"

What do you like best? The software is easy to use with clear on screen instructions and good training support available. The reports and dashboard capabilities are very good to show the performance levels of sales staff against tartgets/quotas. The support available is good with quick SLAs and response times to support issues/questions. What do you dislike?
