What do you like best? I love the fact that with Xactly I get the exact dollar amount of my commissions before they hit. It is also fantastic for allowing charts and meters on your quota percentages. What do you dislike? The interface is very archaic and could be updated, more intuitive What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? allowing an account executive to know where they stand on quotas achievements and payouts at any given time is their best friend

What do you like best? A good, well designed user experience that is easy to navigate. What do you dislike? Just started using the program, so not much to dislike yet. Recommendations to others considering the product: I think its a great way to track commissions. Nice and easy to use, and most importantly accurate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easily and accurately tracks my commission payouts.

"Several years as an Xactly Admin"

What do you like best? I love the ability to quickly upload and edit details, and how the system automatically calculates everything in a matter of minutes. The Analytics Reporting is also a great feature that enables quick turn around time. What do you dislike? There really isn't much to dislike about Xactly. The only hangup I see is the time it takes to create and write the rules and formulas for new plans. Although there are several features that also alleviate some of this pain. Such as ...

"The overall program works for simple plans but is a little clunky. "

What do you like best? It makes communicating commissions to reps a lot easier. It is integrated with Salesforce making it easier for Reps to use. For simple plans, it does the job. What do you dislike? Because it is run off of Salesforce, it runs very slow. There are a lot of bugs that make it harder to do the day to day work in the application. For example, some fields wont work like others. You can use your number pad for the numbers, but not for the period(.) in some cells. You can tab ...
