"Simple, effective"

What do you like best? It's easy to see my current attainment and comp What do you dislike? Filtering/sorting is a little challenging, and it's not always intuitive where to go for everything. Kind of an old, clunky interface. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am an Account Executive, so I use it to see my exact comp plan, bonuses, and payouts.

What do you like best? There are never any questions regarding Xactly's calculations. My organization's commission plans are a bit complex but we are always able to build each business rule into Xactly. What do you dislike? Sometimes the performance of the UI with Salesforce integration is frustrating. I have experienced several issues over the last two years (site timing out, reoccurring errors). "Helping our small business grow"

What do you like best? We like how seamlessly Xactly integrates with our SalesForce CRM for an all around in detail view into our sales What do you dislike? Xactly does not seem to be very technologically advanced yet, the dashboards seem very basic. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have had more accurate commission payouts as well as more detailed commission reports

What do you like best? I love everything about it. It makes commissions so much easier. What do you dislike? There really isn't anything I dislike, it's great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving commissions mostly.

"Game Changer!"

What do you like best? Real time data points to the field team/end users Analysis right in Xactly pulling data from Salesforce. What do you dislike? Nothing. Love everything. Solved all our problems! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Maintaining excel spreadsheets. With Xactly, it's a one stop shop! No more versions of excel and/or click from tab to tab trying to make sense of the data.

"Powerful and Intuitive product"

What do you like best? I'm an atypical admin as a sales manager, and it's easy and intuitive enough for a sales manager to use. I like that it also has a good SFDC API so it can pull any info we attach to the opportunity records and map that info into the Express system. It also can handle a lot of calculations like adjusting the MRR up/down on deals where we want to incentivize/disincentivize our reps (like giving MRR discounts to win customers on MRR, wanting to pay the rep at full list ...

What do you like best? It shortened the time I took to explain and go over monthly commission reports with my reps. The different views and easy to create dashboards were also great. "Lightning ready - super cool and fast - efficient system"

"Good product"

What do you like best? Its a great product to use for calculations. A little confusing in the beginning but easy to use after that. Its flexibility and ease of use are its best qualities and there fore it should be used by all for this purpose What do you dislike?
