What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I like that Xactly saved me a lot of time in my commission process. My process before was very manual using Excel for everything including statements. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? I believe the ease of use for the sales people to review their data is the best. The goal of the tool is to provide the sales resuts data to the sales people and the Xactly tool provides that. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? Some system limitations that I have come across over the years. Limits on configuration options, plan document creation etc. I also find analytics to be not very user friendly. For my specific needs for our company, there isn't a way to remove certain quota amounts for an individual without having it go up the chain even with manual manipulation. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Makes it easy to manage sales comp with hundreds of employees on sales plans. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The UI for end users needs to be updated and the reporting is terrible... updating reports to be as easy as SFDC reports would be a huge improvements What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking and calculating sales attainment and commissions earned.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The documentation on technical details is lacking. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you?
