I have used other ICM before, and some are not so user friendly for the admins and users. The other thing is time efficiency. Field Identifiers are not intuitive. Really need to take a class to optimize your experience. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? This allows us to have daily updates for credit and commission, and data is accessible to the field in a clean incentive statement. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Our Sales guys can log into their accounts and view real-time results! What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? It is not 100% user-friendly, there are a lot of radio buttons, that I'm sure are useful but it is taking a little long to figure the platform out!
