What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Xactly is able to handle extremely complicated incentive calculations, utilizing data from multiple sources. It is flexible enough to accommodate rapidly changing organizations. From my perspective the best aspect of Xactly is the excellent customer support that comes with a license. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Use Xactly Incent to pay quarterly and annual commissions and bonuses. It is easy to use, user friendly. It keeps track of all the bookings and payments made on particular orders. We have split assignments as well as various lines of business - which are brought in from SFDC, and Xactly Incent module is able to complete the calculations and the analytics module provides the reports that are used by our leaders. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Jessica is our CSM who provides fantastic customer service to help us resolve all Xactly issues. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? The new view of Incent Refresh Page. It's hard to search for a person's quota. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? Insights reporting. Jessica assigned a person who can help us to understand the benefit of the Insights reporting.

No lnowledge of programming is needed and it is fairly easy to use once you understand the mechanics of it. What do you like best about Xactly Incent? Account Manager and Product Services team are great to work with. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent? System set up could be more straight forward and simplified. Also the Analytics side has a lot to be desired. What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to systemactically calculate the sales compensation for our company thus not having to rely on spreadsheets.

I wish there was an option to pull the YTD details for the admin and user views. As of right now, we can only pull the details by month which is not ideal when you are working with yearly quotas.
