Easy to use and customize

What do you like best? How easy it is to customize your forms and create rules for effective navigation and question presentation to the the persons who are having use your forms. What do you dislike? I think the reports are great, but can be expanded upon to provide even more customization and data. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlining customer responses and requests while integrating with our website and brand.

Wufoo - very simple form generator with some limitations

What do you like best? Very easy to set up a new form, gather info from the web. What do you dislike? The forms can only have so many field. We were forced to create multiple forms to handle detailed questonaires. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you want a simple form builder, it's great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it for many applications: Employment, Event Planning, Graphics Requests.

What do you like best? Wufoo is great! It's easy and you don't need to have advanced coding skills to understand even the advanced forms. The tool is very straightforward and simple and the services are extremely engaging. The price isn't bad either! What do you dislike? I'm not the biggest fan of the design. It's slightly outdated and not user friendly, especially for users that prefer a more modern look. The CSS option also isn't as flexible for customization so that's a bummer. ...
