PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? They have a very comprehensive, easy-to-use customer portal. I use it daily, and it makes my life SO much easier. With previous vendors it was a lot of back-n-forth emails, ZIP files, etc. With WA the workflow is seamless. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I can't think of any. High fees, low quality writing
They charge you high monthly fees, supposedly to provide various writing tools and "manage writers" when in actuality they didn't provide anything and I had to give the writer my own SurferSEO editor to use.The platform is very difficult to navigate and you get a bot "live" chat pop up on every page you visit.I picked $0.04 cents per word as I thought it would provide a good balance for the topic I had prepared.
