A really nice PM tools which helps the user for their task integration. However it should be more user friendly. It requires a lot of time to get familiar with. However apart from that all other features are good. Email notification and mobile app are awesome.

It’s hands down one of the simplest project management software to use. For companies like mine with weekly project turnarounds, ease-of-use is critical; you can’t lose a week just training people! The pros include: drag-and-drop functions are no-brainer. I just move the to-do boards across my schedule instead of copy-pasting data in a calendar or spreadsheet. Project updates and statuses are also drag-and-drop enabled, which makes grouping notices in one place as easy as dragging them ...

We’re a software vendor that focuses on custom enterprise solutions. We’re better off using non-core systems developed by others to remain efficient, focusing our attention instead on our custom offers. We really love Wrike because it helps us to implement a project management architecture right away. Pros: We love its features. We don’t have multi-tiered and complex dependencies, so Wrike’s straightforward task management and file management systems fit our needs. Email integration is ...

Wrike contains all the necessary elements (and then some) for a project manager to manage multi-project at one time and know the status of each project. Wrike significantly reduces the risk of tasks falling through the cracks that can result in delays in product roll-out to production and the market it serves. Wrike also provide easy accessibility to information on a project in real time through mobile devices. The one thing I like about Wrike the most is their customer service ...

We are using Wrike over 2 years. I find it flexible and powerful, tasks can be easily categorized to allow you to handle your work in a variety of ways. Wrike is very useful tool for managing projects and tasks which makes your work easier and more effective and it helps the department in our company to keep organized. The communication between other departments in our company is much better and helps to get things done more effectively. The email to task function and the google chrome ...

We have tried a few different Project Management Websites. First was Basecamp, simple and clean, but we wanted more. Tracky was buggy and continually changing their system and personality. Wrike was more expensive, but you do get what you pay for, and what you get is well worth it.

We've been using it for about 6 months and I've never worked with such ease when it comes to tasks and projects. Its collaborative and customizable features make it very effective and easy to use. The reports you can generate to see how your workflow is working is great. Dashboards help you visualize the tasks you want to keep at hand.

I’ve been using the app for a year now and it meets my requiremets for all small business contractor projects. Pros: it helps me coordinate the day-to-day, weekly, and monthly goals. Real-time updates greatly diminish the risk of of assumptions and everyone is more accountable. Specifically, as a project leader, I like the simplicity of dashboards that my team leaders can create with this app. With drag-and-drop and board functions it’s easy to track the progress of each team’s progress. ...

I would be lost without Wrike. I tried the other big names and they had too much stuff that I didn't need that got in my way. Wrike is elegant and easy to use but contains all the tools I need. The Gannt charts are perfect and make my projects look just as professional as the people using the expensive software.
