Wrike serves me very well, team emails can be done and manage easily. Working in a project becomes very easy and convenient when you have a great tool like this. The security measures is excellent, it only allows the recipient to get the necessary information. Team communication and updates are conveniently done.

Wrike is the best project management tool I have used so far. We have tested numerous PM tools and were using Intervals for the last 2 years but then I got to know about Wrike. The experience of using it was great. The pros are: 1. Easy to use UI. 2. Availability on all popular platforms like iOS & Android. 3. Easy to create tasks and tagging people within the tasks. 4. Addons available for outlook & chrome. Cons: 1. There should be support for re-occurring tasks.

I would be lost without Wrike. I tried the other big names and they had too much stuff that I didn't need that got in my way. Wrike is elegant and easy to use but contains all the tools I need. The Gannt charts are perfect and make my projects look just as professional as the people using the expensive software.

It’s hands down one of the simplest project management software to use. For companies like mine with weekly project turnarounds, ease-of-use is critical; you can’t lose a week just training people! The pros include: drag-and-drop functions are no-brainer. I just move the to-do boards across my schedule instead of copy-pasting data in a calendar or spreadsheet. Project updates and statuses are also drag-and-drop enabled, which makes grouping notices in one place as easy as dragging them ...

We've used Wrike for a couple of years. Wrike is a flexible project management tool that encourages information sharing among your team. We use it for our IT department and use it to track both our service work and our projects. One thing I especially like is their support team, when I come to them with questions that usually go beyond in their response. Taking the time to share idea on how we can make Wrike work better for us. The biggest challenge is getting deep enough into the use that ...

We are using Wrike to quickly turn notes into activities and build on the current methods to do a continuous improvement of the processes that were in place before the PMO mindset settled in. Wrike has allowed us to collaborate with ease and to be able to communicate expectations quickly not only internally but also to external contributors. The multidimensional aspect of the folders comes in very handy when your projects are long and transversal on scope and resources. It is very ...

I’ve been using the app for a year now and it meets my requiremets for all small business contractor projects. Pros: it helps me coordinate the day-to-day, weekly, and monthly goals. Real-time updates greatly diminish the risk of of assumptions and everyone is more accountable. Specifically, as a project leader, I like the simplicity of dashboards that my team leaders can create with this app. With drag-and-drop and board functions it’s easy to track the progress of each team’s progress. ...

Wrike contains all the necessary elements (and then some) for a project manager to manage multi-project at one time and know the status of each project. Wrike significantly reduces the risk of tasks falling through the cracks that can result in delays in product roll-out to production and the market it serves. Wrike also provide easy accessibility to information on a project in real time through mobile devices. The one thing I like about Wrike the most is their customer service ...

We are using Wrike over 2 years. I find it flexible and powerful, tasks can be easily categorized to allow you to handle your work in a variety of ways. Wrike is very useful tool for managing projects and tasks which makes your work easier and more effective and it helps the department in our company to keep organized. The communication between other departments in our company is much better and helps to get things done more effectively. The email to task function and the google chrome ...
