I'm Extremely Technophobic
I've been trying for years to get a website up and running to no avail because of my paralyzing terror (PTSD) of technology (I'm 83) and no support. WPX set up my domain, website, and WordPress for me in minutes through their Chat service. This will be life-changing for me, as I've got fifty years of original scientific research that I want to get out into the world. The customer service is next to none
The customer service is next to none. I've saved so many hours of troubleshooting. It's made the technical stuff easy. When you connect with the chat you are actully speaking to a human, which of course is what we all want. I've been with wpx for a good few years now and recommend them to all my clients.

Best service you can possibly get
Svilen was VERY polite, quick, and went above and beyond helping me. I needed help connecting my domain to WPX and not only answered my questions, but helped me set everything up so I was ready to go by the end of the chat. I’ve been with WPX for 3 - 4 years and their service is always the best!

Resolving 403 Error with Make.com Plugin

I've been with WPX for about 6 yrs and am very grateful for all the help they give to keep my site humming. Today Ivena helped with some warnings I was getting from WP site help - within a few minutes she had fixed the problems and updated me on a few that were not needing to be adjusted.
