I'm new to WPX I needed some guidance to ensure I was setting up my account and installing WP properly. Elena was patient and knowledgeable and offered to carry out all of the required configuration for me while I waited! It made what could have been a complex process simple and highly effective. When I saw a high number of positive reviews on Trustpilot I moved my website to wpx. But I had the worst experience today in my 7 years running my online business. They blocked Googlebot from accessing my website and thus Google found my website offline Ranked me down on search engines with 90% traffic down and I even don't know if it will ever pick it up, Google also delisted my product from Google Shop that were generating sales I am totally broke right now, when I asked in their ticket ...

Top notch service

Top notch service, all round. Moved from another provider and the speed of my website has increased greatly, the hosting facilities are superb and the pricing is excellent. What is terrific, is the support as and when you need it. Can't fault it. Likely a customer for life.

Why didn’t I switch to this hosting provider sooner?..

I switched to WPX from another hosting provider, and they transferred my websites for free without any issues. Their team is incredibly responsive to both support tickets and chat inquiries, and you can speak to a real person within seconds. I've never experienced this level of service from a hosting company before—I'm genuinely impressed.

Nikola was amazing. I was moving 8 domains, including one super old and decrepit website, a shopify site, and several WP sites, and she walked me through everything. She was patient, clear, did some setup on her end... Honestly, this is what service should be. My job is doing CMS implementations for service centers and these guys are shining stars. Also thanks to Yoana and the first person I spoke to. Each of them were great...
