I can't believe I got scammed

I can't believe I got scammed. I liked the product and paid $29.99 for a one-year subscription. My software crashed the next day and said I needed to reinstall it. When I reinstalled the software and tried to log in, I was greeted with the message 'user does not exist.' It's definitely the correct email address. It's the only email address I use regularly, and it's where they sent the confirmation. I still have the receipt from 10/28/2021! I've emailed WPS six times so far and have received ...

What do you like best about WPS Office? I can have WPS writer, WPS presentation and WPS sheets open at the same time, in the same window. This way, I can work much faster.
