WPengine is more expensive than most Word Press hosting companies. BUT, I have always been willing to pay more, because they consistently have excellent customer service (including phone and Live Chat.) For my personal tastes, having telephone support (as needed) is very important to me, but I also discovered their Live Chat is the same quality as reps I have spoken with on the phone. The best possible support, the least downtime, totally worth scrapping your existing non-WordPress site and rebuilding it simply to have it hosted here. I've been building websites and web-based promotions since the 90's and NO ONE comes close to these guys. We moved the WP Engine from AWS a number of years ago now and couldn't be happier with the move. Where we were responsible for all the server side settings on AWS, we wanted a more managed and supported approach so we could focus on the websites themselves rather than the server side as well. WP Engine is truly exceptional

WP Engine is truly exceptional. I placed my business website on WP Engine without any issues. Their support team is also excellent. However, when I initially purchased a WordPress hosting package on WP Engine, I encountered difficulty activating my account because I didn't receive the account activation email. So, I had to contact the WP Engine team via a phone call, which ended up draining my mobile phone credit since I'm from Indonesia. I hope in the future, there will be an easier way to ...
