Pretty good for a work in progress.

What do you like best? Billing and calendar integration and time sheets. The help desk and knowledge base and contacts. What do you dislike? Lack of reports exports and limited report filters and a not so great client portal. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have 4 consultants in different cities this mostly helps me organize my billing and workflow.
