What do you like best about PestPac by WorkWave? I have used PestPac for over 13 years with small companies and corporations. This software is easy to use. This software can be utilized as minimally or as in-depth as you choose.

What do you like best about PestPac by WorkWave? Their scheduling tool was the best we've used! What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?

"Great product. Dismal support unless you pay more for support sessions then the product itself."

What do you like best about PestPac by WorkWave? The logistic program works well. Trying to learn (pay) for all the sessions will break the bank. What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?

Worse than no CMS! Buyer beware!

PROS: NONE. It is expensive, it does not work well, they will sell you things they will not provide. CONS: ALL. Terrible customer service, insanely expensive, holds your data hostage so you can’t leave once you realize it and tries to stick you with a bill of 40k to cancel. We lost so many customer due to this CMS

"Everything you need in one neat package"

What do you like best about PestPac by WorkWave? I find the consolidation of everything in one place very valuable. Being able to view appointments, contracts, GPS information and having a helpful answering service, that is really more like an extension of the office than an answering service, is something that you just can't find elsewhere. In addition to all of that, customer service is extremely accessible and helpful.

"Good Scheduling Software"

What do you like best about PestPac by WorkWave? Pest Pac is great for creating and scheduling orders. Technicians get their routes created and can be viewed on a handheld device. The routing software efficiently creates monthly schedules.

I just figured there would be a learning curve. Eventually I figured out that it just an archaic system where literally every task is difficult.
