"WorkStep Provides Provides Valuable Insight That Is Difficult To Acquire"

What do you like best about WorkStep? I appreciate the recruiting tool and its easy-to-use calendar scheduling. The pool of candidates is strong and the parameters are easy to edit. The anonymous feedback is a big part of what WorkStep brings to the table. The benchmarks are critical indicators of the health of each one of my facilities, and I use them to prepare my Managers with areas for their teams to improve in. We have implemented several initiatives thanks to WorkStep.

What do you like best about WorkStep? Using WorkStep in the workplace is very helpful because it shows what each job position is doing the best with their workers, and what is lacking in that certain position.

What do you like best about WorkStep? I like that the employees can speak up and feel heard. Most often, employees are scared to speak up. Keeping the comment anonymous, helps them speak up and will help us on making better decisions or be aware of situations we didn't know about before.
