What do you like best about Insightful? The snapshot feature is wonderful. We have a particular employee who has to be monitored as a certain conditional agreement and receiving a screenshot every 2 minutes, that shows both monitors, with the exact program/feature/website that they are using, with an easily, instantaneous button to download the screenshot is EXACTLY what we needed. What do you like best about Insightful? I can track employees in real-time and its downtime is also less. Also, it sends report copies over the mail so it's very useful. What do you dislike about Insightful? As of now nothing. but I have feedback that it needed a feature for keeping track of employees. What problems is Insightful solving and how is that benefiting you? Insightful.io is solving my problem with employee productivity I can easily track the employee's productivity now.
