What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition? I really like that anyone can submit recognition about their peers. Other systems I have used in the past require management to submit the recognition. Its incredible to be able to praise others when they deserve it. I also like that its almost immediate from when I hit submit to my manager approving the reward and then the recipient receives it!
