"Helps us with our eblasts and keeping track of details about customers"
What do you like best about WORKetc? Makes preparing eblasts simple. I also save important info about leads and potential leads in the notes. Sometimes we hear from someone who has communicated with us in the past. My client is always so happy (and I think surprised) when I can remind her about details I have saved from the past. WorkEtc has a robust search engine so it's easy to find content you know is in there.

Automation and easy accessibility throughout all phases of the project
PROS: I like WORKetc's automation and that every department head can access all the phases of a project easily and with comfort. CONS: Nothing to dislike about it. I believe that if you use WORKetc properly, you can take full advantage of creating a wonderful customer experience for your customers.

A great CRM system and has helped improve communication as well
PROS: I really like the fact that WORKetc is more than just a CRM system to keep all of our contacts in one place. We use it for everything from building our sales leads to the backstage process for each of our services and engagements. Everything is able to connect with each other and everyone can access all of the information from one location. It's also been great at improving our communication in the office, all in one place.

Easy access to every client communication and files
PROS: Every communication with my clients is accessible in one click. WORKetc's main search box is my #1 tool for finding anything and it make it very easy to file items under company or client profiles and give you great customization options for tagging content, organizing data and creating customized profiles/fields to track content.

A comprehensive tool that has helped us focus on work that matters more to our business
PROS: WORKetc is the most comprehensive SaaS tool I've used for managing operations of my digital services firm across the globe. It has all the things I need from CRM to Accounting and Support all under one interface, with mobile apps so I can work from the field as well as from my office.

"Excellent all in one CRM and more "
What do you like best about WORKetc? I have three favorite areas of Worketc. First, it is an excellent CRM database which lets us keep track of our customer info. We can drill down to a customer record and see all of their tickets, invoices, etc in one place. Second we love worketc for the support tickets. Attached to customer records we keep track of all support requests with these. Thirdly, we love worketc for the billing. We can keep track of time our techs spend right inside of worketc, ...
