What do you like best about Workday? We replaced multiple tools with Workday and I'm surprised by the number of features and functionality that it has to offer. It's an amazing tool and pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it.

What do you like best about Workday? Its interface is straightforward and easily understood; we can easily apply leaves, update year-end reviews, and ask for teammates' reviews. We can also see company benifits and compensations.

"Workday - Great tool for Maintaining Records"
What do you like best about Workday? Workday is a best tool for employee engagement and management. I like the fact that we can set goals for our teams and can track team's performance. Even the birthdays and anniversaries of the employees can be tracked.

"Using this for things like managing my profile in company, job referrals, performance reviews etc."
What do you like best about Workday? Workday works without any issues. Managing performance goals is easy. The referral portal is also ok ( not the best). Also, it I receive essential notifications regarding some workflow actions from employers. It was a very useful tool during my onboarding activities.

"Intuitive but gaps"
What do you like best about Workday? The fact that it supports pretty much all aspects of employees' information. It's the place where employees can interact with HR and Procurement easily.

What do you like best about Workday? In our company workday was used to mark leaves, attendance and calendar view for complete year so that employee can plan it accordingly also we were able to see our payslips in it which is not possible in other tools. Also it helps us develop Skills which we will go to achieve monthly
